3. DONATIONS

3.1. We will use your donation at our discretion but within the vision and mission of Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation.
3.2. All donations made to the Foundation are subject to bank processing charges/transaction fees, which will be borne by the donor and deducted from the donation amount.
3.3. You can authorize us to charge your account on a specific, defined basis, including recurring donations (“Preapproved Donation”). A Preapproved Donation may be linked to a third-party payment provider (e.g., Network), in which case the third-party payment terms will apply in addition to these Terms. You may stop a Preapproved Donation at any time up to [3] business days prior to the next scheduled payment by notifying the payment provider.

4. YOUR DETAILS

4.1. To make a donation, you must be of legal age in your home country (e.g., 21 years if you reside in the UAE). If you are under the legal age, you may not make donations via the Services.
4.2. Donations require you to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information (including name, email address, credit/debit card details, etc.).
4.3. By filling out the donation form, you warrant that the details provided are correct and complete. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to those details.
4.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for preventing unauthorized access. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account is being used in an unauthorized manner.
4.5. You will not be charged for browsing or accessing our Services. You are only responsible for the donation amount you choose to contribute.
4.6. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse access to the Services, terminate accounts, or cancel donations at its discretion.

5. PAYMENTS

5.1. When you make a donation, we collect personal and transactional information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5.2. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or other approved payment methods.
5.3. Your card issuer will authorize the transaction amount when you make a donation. Receipt of your payment details does not constitute acceptance of your donation.

6. REFUNDS

6.1. Refunds are not permitted for donations unless there is a proven error or unauthorized transaction. In such cases, refunds will be processed within [14] working days of receiving a valid refund request.
