Lujan Mourad is a dedicated humanitarian leader committed to driving social impact across multiple sectors.

As the Director of the Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation, she leads initiatives that protect and empower vulnerable children from exploitation, especially those affected by conflict and poverty.

With over 18 years of experience managing impactful programs in the government and third sector in areas such as mental health, environmental sustainability, and volunteer management, Lujan’s strategic focus aligns with the Foundation’s mission to drive sustainable, systematic change ensuring meaningful and-lasting impact for vulnerable children worldwide.

She also serves as a board member for the International Association for Volunteer Effort – an organization that promotes, strengthens and celebrates volunteering throughout the world.

Additionally, she was also a board member for Be Glorious, a social enterprise in Tanzania which supports female entrepreneurs in achieving community goals.
