By making a donation, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from making a donation.

1. Refund Policy

1.1. General Refund Policy

  • Donations made to Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded unless there is a proven error or unauthorized transaction.

1.2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
    • Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without your consent or authorization.
    • Processing Errors: If a technical or processing error occurred during the donation process.
    • Duplicate Donations: If a donation was accidentally processed more than once.

1.3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the donation date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ksqf.ae or through the Contact Us page on our website.
  • Your refund request must include the following details:
    • Full name
    • Donation amount
    • Date of donation
    • Transaction reference number
    • Reason for the refund request
  • We will review your request and may require additional information or documentation to verify the claim.

1.4. Refund Timeline

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Preapproved Donations (Recurring Donations)

  • If you have set up a recurring donation (Preapproved Donation), you may cancel it at any time. To cancel a recurring donation, you must notify us at least 3 business days before the next scheduled payment.
  • Cancellation requests can be submitted via email to info@ksqf.ae or through the Contact Us page on our website.
  • Once the cancellation request is processed, no further charges will be made to your account.

2.2. One-Time Donations

One-time donations cannot be canceled once the transaction has been processed.
